Job Details

4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, agency, or as a freelancer.
Strong craft across static, motion, and video formats with expertise in at least two and competence in the third.
Hands-on fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools for image, video, motion, and UGC generation.
Proven experience with paid media and performance-driven creative (testing, iterations, and results analysis).
Experience in lifecycle/CRM creative, including email design and front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS).
Ability to work in a high-volume environment while managing prioritization across multiple concurrent campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate performance briefs and test read-outs into creative output.
Understanding of ad platform policy constraints and creative compliance in regulated industries.

Build paid media creative including statics, animated assets, video, GIFs, and AI-generated UGC for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
Own lifecycle and CRM creative by designing email templates, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Operate as a dedicated creative engine for test-and-learn cycles, rapidly iterating on variants to optimize performance.
Utilize generative AI across the production pipeline to create polished, brand-safe assets efficiently.
Transform raw photo and video assets into finished, channel-ready campaign materials.
Partner with Media Operations on asset trafficking, tagging, and organization to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Maintain high brand quality standards and ensure all assets meet platform-specific and regulatory compliance requirements.
