Requirements
- 4+ years of building digital creative for consumer brands, performance agencies, or as a freelancer.
- Strong proficiency in copywriting, design, and motion graphics.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work in static, animated, and video formats.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI creative tools (image, video, motion, and UGC).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
- Experience with lifecycle/CRM marketing, including email design and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of performance marketing concepts such as hooks, variants, and creative testing frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and iterative testing environment.
- Strong self-direction and ability to operate as an embedded partner within a cross-functional team.
- Capacity to maintain brand consistency and compliance in a highly regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Concept, write, design, and animate high-performing ad assets for paid social, display, and search placements.
- Manage lifecycle and CRM creative including email design, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Operate as a dedicated creative engine for growth testing cycles, generating variants and iterating on winning formats.
- Leverage generative AI tools for efficient, high-quality production of images, video, and UGC assets.
- Translate performance briefs and test read-outs into professional, brand-compliant creative assets.
- Develop repeatable production workflows, including prompt libraries and template systems to maintain scalability.
- Ensure creative assets adhere to strict platform policies and regulatory requirements for restricted industries.
