Requirements
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth.
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support families through education and care coordination.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that meets families where they are.
