Requirements
- Must be independently licensed in Massachusetts as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
- Must live in the state of Massachusetts.
- Must be available for at least 15 hours per week.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions weekly.
- Experience as a behavioral health generalist.
- Proficiency with telehealth and EHR clinical technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients.
- Treat a diverse caseload of clients including couples and children.
- Help clients achieve and track measurable clinical progress.
- Utilize EHR tools and telehealth technology to manage sessions and documentation.
- Participate in a clinical community through case consultations and meetings.
