Requirements
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across an organization.
- Experience recruiting for GTM (Go-To-Market) roles is required.
- AI-native builder mindset with experience designing intelligent workflows and automations.
- Expertise in high-velocity, outbound-heavy operations.
- Experience with sophisticated cold outreach and closing complex leadership roles.
- Systems-thinking approach to candidate journey and process architecture.
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to leadership.
- Deep interest in AI research and translating market trends into better talent processes.
- Strong proficiency with ATS systems (specifically Greenhouse).
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across functions from intake through offer close.
- Build and execute strategic, customized sourcing strategies including talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders on role design and interview architecture.
- Manage and optimize the Greenhouse ATS for data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Audit and transform recruiting workflows by implementing AI-enhanced automation.
- Deliver a white-glove experience for hiring teams and candidates.
- Analyze and present recruiting data and insights to senior leadership.
- Coach hiring managers on interview practices and decision-making rigor.
