Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in technical project management, software implementation, customer support, or product delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Knowledge of healthcare provider workflows, terminology and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data standards (API, HL7/FHIR), and web application architectures.
- Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and change management practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between client priorities and the product roadmap.
- Collect and prioritize bugs, feature requests, and improvement suggestions from clients.
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of software implementation and integration projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand system goals, workflows, and business processes.
- Translate functional requirements into clear specifications for development and configuration teams.
- Document current and future state processes, data flows, and system interfaces.
