Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience migrating data and engineering assets to cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Experience with Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Expertise in DevOps practices including Git and Jenkins.
- Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope.
- Proficiency in building frontend/backend applications at scale.
- Experience in an Agile environment using Test-Driven Development and Scrum.
- Prior experience working in the financial industry.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Responsibilities
- Develop a Data and Cloud migration framework for on-premise software to Snowflake and Azure Cloud.
- Assist with the migration of on-premise software assets to Cloud platforms.
- Maintain and improve software solutions and infrastructure.
- Develop software and data engineering best practices for deployment and management.
- Gather requirements, maintain documentation, and track project status.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to iterate on solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
