Requirements

- 5+ years leading an engineering organization composed of multiple teams and multiple layers of leadership.
- Experience managing engineering investment across a portfolio of products.
- History of shipping high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
- High degree of autonomy, ownership, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engineering leaders, including individual contributors and managers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and company leadership.
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- Curiosity about AI and its application in talent management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across a portfolio of customer-facing products.
- Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders while raising the bar for leadership, execution, and organizational health.
- Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for customers while enabling a rapid pace of product development.
- Partner with Product and Design leaders to define, plan, and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap.
- Represent the company in conversations with key prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to shape department-wide strategy and goals.
- Scale systems, processes, and organizational practices to support effective planning and reliable delivery.
