Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production websites.
- Substantial experience with WordPress.
- Strong hands-on skills with Elementor or comparable page builders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PHP and custom WordPress theme or plugin development.
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows (ideally on WP Engine).
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- In-depth SEO knowledge including AEO/GEO strategies.
- Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Ability to build reports and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong eye for design detail and ability to translate Figma files into production-ready pages.
Responsibilities
- Manage WordPress website operations, technical troubleshooting, and monthly maintenance.
- Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance accessibility, performance, and engagement based on analytics.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready builds.
- Manage end-to-end website projects from brief to launch with clear success metrics and QA.
- Execute AEO/SEO/GEO strategies to expand search and AI citation presence.
- Conduct keyword research, content audits, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and analytics tracking with cross-functional teams.
