Requirements
- 10-15 years of program or project management experience at a SaaS company.
- Track record leading complex, high-touch enterprise engagements.
- Experience in the utility, utility software/technology, or consulting sector serving utility clients.
- Demonstrated experience leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
- Experience owning project financials including budget, margin, and cost tracking.
- Experience building and maintaining portfolio-level reporting, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based B2B implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- MBA preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Passion for or experience within the energy or energy efficiency sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships for strategic accounts.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams spanning Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Own portfolio-level reporting, KPIs, and forecasting intelligence.
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, budget, and margin for assigned engagements.
- Define and report portfolio-level KPIs, such as implementation timelines and delivery quality, to executive leadership.
- Improve implementation methodology, tooling, and training curriculum.
- Partner with Sales leadership on deal structuring, scoping, and contributing to statements of work.
