Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience focused on GTM functions (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Revenue Operations).
- Proven success personally sourcing and closing candidates via outbound recruiting.
- Experience managing 10+ concurrent complex searches.
- Direct recruiting experience across at least two of these areas: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Strong GTM business acumen.
- Experience building targeted talent pipelines.
- Regular, self-directed experience using AI tools in recruiting or sourcing.
- Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Excellent organization and project-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized GTM positions from research through to closing.
- Build targeted candidate pipelines through personalized outbound outreach.
- Develop search strategies for Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain high-touch candidate experience and professional communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Track recruiting metrics and identify bottlenecks to ensure search delivery.
- Use AI and modern technologies to enhance research and outreach efficiency.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches with high quality standards and predictable time-to-fill.
