Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with analytics and reporting technologies.
- Strong hands-on Tableau expertise including dashboard design and calculated fields.
- Advanced Excel capabilities including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with SQL, Python, AWS, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and project-management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 4–6 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Build efficient, scalable reporting tools and dashboards to establish consistent performance metrics.
- Design and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards using SQL, APIs, AWS, Salesforce, and data warehouse sources.
- Analyze large operational datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Investigate performance gaps and operational trends to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Prepare insights for business reviews with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, and Program teams to improve data accessibility and reporting processes.
- Stay current with reporting technologies and AI-driven analytical tools.
