Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in market research or a related analytical discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings to executives.
- Familiarity with U.S. higher education terminology and industry dynamics.
- Experience building and maintaining data models and reports in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Intermediate proficiency with DAX and Power Query.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience creating and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly for research and analysis.
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Research emerging trends, competitive developments, learner behaviors, and program demand within the U.S. higher education landscape.
- Partner with Product Marketing to research new programs, markets, and strategic business questions.
- Build, maintain, and update data models and reports using tools such as IPEDS, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
- Analyze data models to identify and communicate performance trends across products and demographics.
- Present research and analytical findings to diverse audiences, including executive-level presentations.
- Manage multiple research projects and prioritize tasks using project management tools.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and analytical processes.
