Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and system or content reviews.
- Experience designing and documenting business processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (IRM) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage business and technical stakeholders to identify, document, validate, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process-mapping sessions, and system or content reviews to understand current-state and future-state workflows.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional specifications within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform owners to translate requirements into configurations, workflows, automation, and scalable solutions.
- Apply ServiceNow IRM and Vulnerability Response expertise to help design solutions that address organizational risk, compliance, and vulnerability-management needs.
- Coordinate UAT activities, validate delivered solutions against defined requirements, identify defects or gaps, and support issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams, ensuring clear communication throughout implementation projects.
