Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
12+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including geographically distributed or global teams.
Demonstrated expertise in fraud detection engineering or real-time systems for financial fraud mitigation.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, SaaS, and technical debt management.
Extensive knowledge of secure software delivery (CI/CD, automated testing, release and vulnerability management).
Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data science concepts in software engineering.
Proven ability to establish and track engineering metrics and KPIs.
Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leadership and stakeholders.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software products.
Translate product strategy into technology capabilities, architecture decisions, and predictable delivery outcomes.
Manage engineering KPIs focused on productivity, quality, reliability, and operational performance.
Drive cloud modernization initiatives and secure SDLC practices including CI/CD and vulnerability management.
Lead and mentor geographically distributed software engineering teams.
Direct engineering strategy for real-time fraud detection and prevention solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and guide the responsible adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle.
