Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including geographically distributed or global teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in fraud detection engineering or real-time systems for financial fraud mitigation.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, SaaS, and technical debt management.
- Extensive knowledge of secure software delivery (CI/CD, automated testing, release and vulnerability management).
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data science concepts in software engineering.
- Proven ability to establish and track engineering metrics and KPIs.
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leadership and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software products.
- Translate product strategy into technology capabilities, architecture decisions, and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Manage engineering KPIs focused on productivity, quality, reliability, and operational performance.
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives and secure SDLC practices including CI/CD and vulnerability management.
- Lead and mentor geographically distributed software engineering teams.
- Direct engineering strategy for real-time fraud detection and prevention solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and guide the responsible adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle.
