Requirements
- 10+ years of technology sales experience with significant exposure to the U.S. Federal market.
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including direct management of leaders.
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas within the Federal Civilian market.
- Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of Federal resellers, systems integrators, and alliance partners.
- Experience leading large sales organizations managing through other leaders.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, competitive environments.
- Active Secret security clearance preferred; Top Secret clearance a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the networking go-to-market strategy across the U.S. Federal Civilian market.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion opportunities aligned with Federal Civilian modernization priorities.
- Develop and maintain business plans to achieve revenue, bookings, and pipeline objectives.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from shaping to close.
- Orchestrate selling motions across direct sellers, technical specialists, and channel partners.
- Establish disciplined pipeline-generation, qualification, and review processes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and lead deal reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior Federal Civilian leadership, resellers, and systems integrators.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams.
- Manage hiring, performance, and talent development initiatives.
