Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
- Experience working with both ecommerce and lead-generation business models.
- Advanced data literacy with proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of how paid media integrates with SEO, Analytics, and other marketing channels.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with Data Analysts, Engineers, and other technical specialists.
- Proven experience testing new strategies and taking calculated risks to improve performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in mentoring or elevating colleagues through educational sessions or content.
- Must be based in the United States and able to work continental U.S.-based hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic channels.
- Consult directly with clients to identify business opportunities through data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Own day-to-day campaign strategy, optimization, testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with SEO, analytics, engineering, and account teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
- Mentor and motivate Associates to develop their expertise and deliver high-quality work.
- Identify and implement opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into campaign management and workflows.
- Prepare and lead client presentations to communicate performance, impact, and growth opportunities.
