Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, or institutional sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers within educational institutions.
- Established network across private universities, medical colleges, law universities, engineering institutions, or educational trusts.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, founders, trustees, and academic leadership.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover needs and link them to solutions.
- Experience selling B2B services, consulting solutions, EdTech, HRTech, or health tech.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and operate with autonomy in a fractional environment.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding institutional purchasing processes.
- Genuine interest in student wellbeing, mental health, and social impact.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage private universities, colleges, and higher education institutions with more than 5,000 students.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies across multiple education segments including law, medical, engineering, and liberal arts.
- Map organizational structures to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers including Vice Chancellors, Chancellors, Trustees, and Deans.
- Manage a pipeline of institutional partners and provide regular updates on status, conversion progress, and market intelligence.
- Conduct discovery and solution-focused discussions to align institutional challenges with mental health and wellness offerings.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on proposals, commercial negotiations, and refining go-to-market strategies.
