Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes while owning complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, capacity modeling, or supply-and-demand optimization.
  • Experience owning data-intensive products, such as visualization tools or analytical planning interfaces.
  • Strong ability to partner with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading through influence within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience taking products from prototypes or early concepts through development and launch.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, outreach programs, or population health is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for operational planning and demand generation.
  • Lead the development of an internal planning platform that visualizes supply and demand across outreach capacity and clinician availability.
  • Own the development of recommendation capabilities that optimize the allocation of outreach and clinician capacity.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Operations to define data requirements and support forecasting cycles.
  • Ensure planning outputs effectively feed downstream systems and coordinate cross-system dependencies.
  • Drive alignment across teams with competing objectives and facilitate trade-off discussions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs measuring planning effectiveness and matching accuracy.
  • Translate complex analytical models and planning concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
