Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX designer or professional at an agency.
- Complete familiarity and expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables.
- Proficiency with Figma is required.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to present directly to clients.
- Ability to produce high-quality key deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks or project workstreams under deadlines.
- Interest in and working knowledge of current accessibility principles and guidelines.
- Experience with healthcare, hospitality, or B2B sectors is a plus.
- Experience with Service Design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the consumer’s best interests while balancing user needs with client business objectives.
- Define and support research efforts including VoC surveys, interviews, concept testing, and stakeholder workshops.
- Create and facilitate workshops to achieve client consensus and gain buy-in.
- Define user personas, journey maps, and experience flows based on research findings.
- Translate user insights and strategy into design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Work within a design system, contributing new UI/components to support functionality.
- Define or refine information architecture, navigation models, and sitemaps.
- Collaborate with data teams to inform measurement plans for experience evaluation.
- Participate in usability testing and synthesize actionable recommendations.
