Proven success in leading large-scale software initiatives.
Deep expertise in software design, system engineering, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
Strong expertise in quality assurance and modern development practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
Track record of driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Define and execute a cohesive technology strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
Oversee all aspects of North American software development to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with architecture, security, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders.
Lead engineering organizations through AI transformations and champion modern development practices.
Own technology budgets, resource allocations, and operational efficiencies while evaluating ROI and risk.
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and data teams.
Establish and manage offshore talent pools via EOR and captive methods.
