Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar operations role.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on financial data.
- Experience with a treasury management system, such as Kyriba, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Apache Superset.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end report lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own daily bank reconciliations across Treasury accounts and payments rails to ensure audit-readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to optimize workflows.
- Lead complex break resolution processes to mitigate business risk.
- Develop and maintain reporting deliverables for Treasury Cash and Collateral Management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL and AI tools to inform Treasury strategy and operations.
- Drive reporting and workflow-optimisation projects to improve scalability.
