Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Proven experience with mobile native application testing
- Experience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end services
- Expertise in mobile test automation frameworks, specifically WebdriverIO and Appium
- Strong experience creating automation scripts from scratch
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail for test case management and defect logging
- Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies and SDLC
- Capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps
- Experience working with external clients, partners, and vendors
Responsibilities
- Review and oversee mobile testing executed by both on and offshore teams
- Enhance the quality of the product by identifying and fixing bugs early
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures for efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality outputs
- Mitigate development risks by identifying potential issues early
- Develop automated test scripts and frameworks for Android and iOS devices
- Implement industry best practices in quality assurance
- Lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to QA team growth
