- Comprehensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
- Proven experience performing both manual and automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in UI and API-level test automation.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to assess risk, interpret requirements, and design effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and their application for testing efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and provide informed recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across technical and business departments.
- Flexibility to align with designated shift hours for global team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user feedback to inform and execute effective testing approaches.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and documentation covering scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Perform manual, regression, and exploratory testing to validate new functionality and maintain system reliability.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts for UI and API layers.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage defects throughout the lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for test generation, coverage improvement, and process optimization.
- Evaluate quality using metrics to provide evidence-based release sign-offs.
- Contribute to the evolution of QA standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
