- Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations.

- Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door.
- Broadband internet with minimum 24Mbps download and 8Mbps upload speeds.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems.
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations.
- Meet service level agreements and contractual obligations.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Act as a productive member of the team.
