Requirements
- Experience working in a metric driven environment
- Experience using multiple monitors and systems
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry, specifically with Medicaid
- Proven experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
- Ability to learn, ask questions, and work independently
- Reliable high-speed home internet with a minimum of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
- Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a distraction-free environment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
- Maintain high levels of productivity as a team member
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
- Maintain strict time management, attendance, and punctuality
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
