- Minimum of 5 years with dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience
Requirements
- BA/BS in business or science.
- Minimum of 5 years with dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
- Minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
- Minimum of 3 years’ of biologics sales experience utilizing a specialty pharmacy or 8 years with dedicated hospital selling experience.
- Strong working knowledge and track record within the GPO market segment.
- Demonstrated history of high sales performance.
- Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
- Working knowledge of Orals, Hubs, SPs and Part D Reimbursement.
- Strong relationships, networks and working knowledge of the hospital systems in the territory.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnights (25-50%).
- Must be based in or located in close proximity to given geographic territory.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy.
- Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
- Analyzes territory sales data weekly to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
- Represents Sobi products and services to a defined customer base in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Assists in the identification and resolution of issues and communicates proactively to management.
- Performs all administrative functions, including reporting call activity and submitting expenses.
