Job Details

4+ years of experience in Salesforce development roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Agentforce development and configuration, Salesforce AI capabilities, and Einstein.
Understanding of AI concepts, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data-driven solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance, and platform best practices.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or equivalent practical experience.

Design, develop, configure, and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
Contribute to the development of AI-driven customer service and membership solutions leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
Work with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritise AI and Agentforce use cases.
Support integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI services, and external platforms.
Develop and support testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor and optimise Salesforce platform and AI solution performance for operational reliability.
