Knowledge of credit policy management, default indicators, risk management, and portfolio/vintage analysis.
Analytical capability to transform complex data into clear diagnostics and strategic business premises.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance approval growth with portfolio risk control.
Clear and assertive communication skills for presenting analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to diverse audiences and executive decision-makers.
Proactivity, ownership mindset, and results-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in fintechs, financial institutions, or the real estate/rental guarantee market is a plus.

Monitor and analyze the performance and quality of vintages and the credit portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Evaluate, formulate, and manage credit policies, seeking to expand approval rates while rigorously controlling default levels and expected loss.
Develop simulation models, A/B tests, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic credit granting and limit decisions.
Improve monitoring processes and periodic reports to ensure greater predictability in indicators for leadership and partner areas.
Understand real estate business dynamics to establish solid premises and evidence-based recommendations.
Partner with Data, Technology, and Product teams to enable the implementation of new rules and improvements in decision engines.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of risk mitigation processes and strengthen the data-driven culture.
