Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years in accounting, in a firm or multi-client environment.
- 2+ years reviewing or managing other accountants' work.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- English at B2 level or above, written and spoken.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, ACA, or Contador Publico (nice to have).
- Experience with eCommerce, consumer goods, inventory, and COGS (nice to have).
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (nice to have).
- FP&A or financial modelling skills (nice to have).
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage and review the work of a team of 2 to 4 accountants.
- Own full-cycle accounting across a portfolio of 10 to 25 eCommerce client files.
- Run month-end close on a five-day cycle for multiple clients in parallel.
- Review financials for logic and accuracy before client delivery.
- Provide direct feedback to team members and manage performance.
- Handle direct client conversations regarding financial reporting and account status.
- Improve accounting processes and identify automation opportunities.
