Requirements
- Expertise in modern DevOps tools and AWS cloud capabilities.
- Proven experience with automation and monitoring systems.
- Strategic ability to drive architecture improvements for reliability and performance.
- Strong sense of empathy for clients and end-users.
- Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Django, MySQL, and Ansible is beneficial.
- Experience with AWS features such as VPCs, ELBs, SQS, auto-scaling groups, and multi-zone deployments is a plus.
- Prior experience working in all-remote teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality deployment standards and system uptime.
- Execute the migration of infrastructure from on-premises to AWS.
- Design and implement modern cloud tools to improve efficiency, manageability, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor production systems and investigate root causes of performance issues.
- Participate in team-wide client support rotations by answering support tickets.
