Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 4–5 years focused on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
- Minimum 1 year in a formal Technical Lead role.
- Expertise in C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Angular.js.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, unit testing, and Git branching workflows.
- Hands-on experience with D365 CE/CRM plugins, custom APIs, business process flows, security models, and solution layering.
- Experience with Power Automate cloud flows and Model-Driven App development.
- Proficiency in Solution ALM (managed/unmanaged layers, solution segmentation, environment variables).
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, REST/OData API integrations, and OAuth 2.0.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery for complex D365 and Power Platform features.
- Define and enforce engineering standards: coding conventions, solution architecture patterns, ALM practices, and testing requirements.
- Guide the team in solutioning features for enterprise applications — breaking down requirements into well-scoped, technically sound designs.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for production issues and complex integration challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers; drive quality and consistency across the codebase.
- Own the full Dynamics 365 deployment lifecycle — both manual and pipeline-based — across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform Build Tools.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Client Delivery teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and risk identification as the technical voice in Agile delivery.
