Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a senior instructional systems designer.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Storyline.
- Experience creating visual and audio elements using tools like Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
- Ability to work during East Coast core hours (9am to 3pm).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and development of learning assets using the ADDIE model.
- Complete content analysis to identify learning gaps and establish objectives.
- Create storyboards, instructional materials, curriculum, and training manuals.
- Design immersive learning experiences using interactive stories, games, and simulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain schedules, monitor milestones, and mitigate timeline risks.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Leverage AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT to enhance design proficiency.
- Engage with subject matter experts to assess needs and define training strategies.
