Job Details

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in application or data systems development.
Substantial hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
Deep expertise in both canvas and model-driven Power Apps development.
Proven experience with Power Automate to create forms, approval chains, and complex workflows.
Experience building solutions that integrate with and write data to SQL Server.
Practical working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Ability to translate complex business workflows into functional application requirements.
Familiarity with federal data governance, security, and accessibility requirements (FISMA and Section 508/WCAG 2.0 AA).
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Design, build, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade canvas and model-driven Power Apps for data entry and workflow routing.
Create intuitive screens, forms, and workflows in collaboration with human-centered design specialists.
Architect reliable integrations between Power Apps and SQL Server, ensuring proper data validation and structure.
Develop Power Automate workflows to manage notifications, approvals, escalations, and status tracking across platforms.
Structure application data to support efficient Power BI reporting and data quality.
Configure role-based access in Dataverse and SharePoint to meet FISMA and Section 508/WCAG standards.
Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate defect resolution.
Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, data flows, and version control.
