Requirements
- Residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps and potential discounts.
- Handle inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, or motorcycle insurance policies.
- Support existing policyholders with service requests and policy modifications.
- Master the product panel to match customers with the best insurance options.
- Resolve customer issues to remove barriers to securing the right coverage.
- Collaborate with the team to identify product improvements through short feedback loops.
- Process various service tasks including vehicle, driver, and lienholder documentation.
