- Proven experience in a top-tier retail or service environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality and service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-focused setting.
- Willingness to pass a professional insurance licensing exam within the first two weeks of employment.
- Ability to reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days).
Responsibilities
- Complete paid training and obtain professional insurance licensing.
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process within the app.
- Compare 55+ different insurance companies to help customers find suitable coverage.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that build confidence.
- Close the sale by helping customers finalize their new insurance policy.
