Requirements
- Technical background in life sciences (pharma, biotech, CRO, genomics, or medical device) or a general technical/solutions environment.
- Working knowledge of at least one life sciences domain: drug discovery, clinical development, computational biology, manufacturing/QC, or regulatory data management.
- Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or equivalent customer-facing technical consulting.
- Platform or tooling ownership experience, contributing to shared scientific computing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical evaluations, pilots, or proof-of-concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Hands-on experience with data science and machine learning tools used in life sciences.
- Ability to write production or near-production code for scientific or operational problems.
- Familiarity with model validation and production deployment within regulated contexts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with technical stakeholders to understand specific scientific workflows, constraints, and operational challenges.
- Design and execute hands-on proof-of-concept projects, including model development, clinical analytics, and omics data processing.
- Partner with account executives to design architectures addressing regulatory requirements like 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Identify novel use cases and build custom prototypes or applications to demonstrate platform value.
- Develop and maintain reusable technical assets and environments to streamline future customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions from pilot to production deployments.
