Requirements
- 2-3+ years of direct people management experience leading software engineers.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience hiring and interviewing engineers.
- Proven experience partnering with Product Management and field teams to deliver user-facing products.
- Prior experience in a cybersecurity-related role (R&D, vulnerability research, or offensive security).
- Practical knowledge of vulnerability classes (e.g., RCE, authentication bypass, deserialization, SSRF).
- Strong background in production software engineering, especially in Python.
- Experience leveraging AI harnesses and agentic frameworks.
- Proficiency with secure software development practices, Git, and effective team workflows.
- Experience working with database systems like Postgres or Neo4j.
- Ability to evaluate technical designs and ensure production-safe software delivery.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Attack Engineers across multiple seniority levels, ensuring mentorship and career development.
- Set technical direction and quality standards for AI-native automation and vulnerability research pipelines.
- Drive organizational scaling and hiring for the Rapid Response team.
- Manage daily triage, prioritization, and coordination for zero-days and emerging CVEs.
- Develop AI-driven harnesses, LLM workflows, and automated pipelines for vulnerability discovery and exploit development.
- Partner with Product Management to align offensive research with product strategy.
- Analyze threat data and telemetry to prioritize research targets and measure attack coverage impact.
