Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CMS; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Demonstrates AI literacy to enhance productivity and quality of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority to assist developers, partners, and customers.
- Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples showcasing Storyblok features.
- Help teammates overcome technical obstacles and resolve blockers.
- Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, and empathetic manner while continuing your own learning.
