Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CMS; Headless CMS experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
- Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated AI literacy for productivity and quality enhancement.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Responsibilities
- Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority to assist developers, partners, and customers.
- Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.
- Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase Storyblok functionality.
- Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve work blockers.
- Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, and empathetic manner.
