Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on design experience.
- Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops, teaching, or building curricula.
- Ability to present a portfolio of educational work (courses, workshops, AI apps, etc.).
- Expertise in UX/UI design, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for research, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Strong ability to distill complex design concepts into clear, modular learning sequences.
- Social intelligence and empathy for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
- Ability to balance creative freedom with operational responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and create core content for courses and Master Classes.
- Define learning outcomes and design exercises, templates, and assessments to ensure active learning.
- Collaborate with global industry leaders to produce educational material and live Master Classes.
- Work with video teams to provide feedback on scripts, graphics, and animations for engaging lessons.
- Analyze learner feedback, completion rates, and portfolios to continuously improve course quality.
- Maintain clear documentation for internal knowledge sharing.
- Travel a few times a year for in-person studio course production.
