Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong multi-platform portfolio of professional UX/UI design
- Experience with product design software as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision Studio
- Experience in design thinking methods
- Exceptional creativity, originality and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex product problems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within our products
- Analyze customer responses and product data to determine what visuals perform better than others
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within our product, from the layouts and grips to buttons and iconography
