Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production LLM systems including evals, context management, and multi-model or multi-provider routing.
- Ability to build proof of concepts, make rapid decisions, and ship v0 iterations.
- Strong judgment about technical abstractions, design, and incremental shipping.
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Experience building user-facing, complex B2B products.
- Experience as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder.
- Strong foundational engineering skills including full-stack request tracing.
- Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and pragmatic tool selection.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI foundation product teams build on including model selection, routing, model proxy layer, context management, and tool design.
- Own eval infrastructure and work with customers and finance domain experts to define and encode quality benchmarks.
- Ship agentic features end to end from v0 through optimization loops including prompt and context engineering, caching, and subagent patterns.
- Build observability into agent behavior to profile systems, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-backed improvements.
- Track developments in agentic systems and integrate proven practices into development workflows.
