Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of accounting experience.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Journal Entries, Accruals, and Month-End Close.
- Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Internal Controls, and Audit Support.
- Experience performing testing and validating system changes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and control procedures.
- Support IFRS and MFRS reporting activities and regulatory filings.
- Analyze accounting impacts of system changes and process enhancements.
- Develop business requirements and support SAP enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in system testing and validation activities.
- Develop balancing routines and exception reporting processes.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Lead special projects and identify automation opportunities.
