Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, analytics engineering, or related consulting functions.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring analytics consultants.
- Advanced experience with Power BI and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and data models.
- Experience designing scalable analytics solutions using cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data concepts clearly to business users and translate requirements into durable analytical solutions.
- Exceptional client-facing communication, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of analytics consulting engagements by translating client requirements into scalable solutions across Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and related technologies.
- Lead client discovery, prototyping, visualization, and feedback sessions to refine requirements, align expectations, and achieve measurable project outcomes.
- Drive delivery planning and communication by managing team capacity, defining project timelines, and providing clear status updates to clients, project managers, sales teams, and leadership.
- Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants through coaching, feedback, capability stand-ups, workshops, and alignment with role expectations and professional growth goals.
- Partner with account and sales leadership to identify expansion opportunities, strengthen client relationships, contribute to new business, and support analytics practice growth.
