Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, patient safety, and healthcare quality.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing quality or clinical data.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical risks to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous experience training, auditing, supervising, or managing clinical professionals.
- Familiarity with generative AI, machine-learning evaluation, or AI-enabled clinical workflows.
- Collaborative leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership on patient safety, Trust & Safety, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor AI-generated clinical summaries to identify, quantify, and communicate emerging error trends.
- Develop and validate automated root cause analyses and conduct manual investigations.
- Translate clinical findings into actionable product requirements and repair recommendations.
- Lead clinical oversight of human-in-the-loop review operations and team performance.
- Supervise and guide Associate Clinical Specialists in data collection, analysis, and prompt testing.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to refine clinical error taxonomies and governance frameworks.
- Present clinical insights to cross-functional stakeholders and support Trust & Safety initiatives.
