Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
- Background in data governance, data classification, or secure data storage.
- Experience in complex, multi-platform enterprise-level environments.
- Familiarity with VDI concepts and platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering.
- Ability to develop use cases, cost-benefit analyses, and business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data classification frameworks and security standards like NIST and ISO 27001 (preferred).
- Experience with endpoint or IT asset management tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business groups to inventory systems, tools, endpoints, and data usage patterns.
- Assess and classify data sensitivity across business units and processes to identify security risks.
- Analyze data and process flows across systems and endpoints to support migration planning.
- Recommend secure data management solutions, including VDI and enhanced access controls.
- Develop business cases and migration roadmaps considering risk, cost, and user adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with security and technology teams to ensure alignment with data policies.
- Contribute to the design of privileged access management (PAM) processes.
