Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in complex digital or IT projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in project Discovery from problem framing to estimation.
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills for cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to guide groups toward concrete decisions.
- Proven ability to work with incomplete information and high levels of uncertainty.
- Ability to select and adapt business analysis methods to project maturity.
- Practical experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and user-flow analysis.
- Solid technical understanding to collaborate with Architects and Developers.
- Experience working with UX/UI teams to connect business requirements with user journeys.
- Experience supporting estimation and the transition from Discovery to delivery.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants for productivity and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and structure Discovery phases to clarify project scope, requirements, assumptions, and risks.
- Define business analysis approaches and select appropriate methods to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams.
- Identify business needs and translate them into user flows, business rules, process models, and backlog items.
- Analyze current states and collaborate with delivery teams to define future state and solution directions.
- Coordinate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Co-create project scope, delivery plans, and roadmaps.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical activities, synthesize inputs, and structure requirements.
