Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, education leadership, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, events, presentations, outreach activities, or operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working across different stakeholder groups and coordinating activities across departments or organizations.
- Strong project organization skills, including experience managing schedules, timelines, documentation, action items, and competing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and web-based collaboration or workflow tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, distributed team environment.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning new tools, processes, and approaches.
- A proactive and dependable approach to identifying issues and moving projects toward resolution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication across internal teams, external partners, community organizations, and educators.
- Organize and support recurring project meetings, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Track project schedules, activities, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure milestone achievement.
- Coordinate immersive classroom activities, presentations, and outreach events.
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholders, gathering requirements and maintaining communication.
- Monitor project progress and feedback, identifying and escalating risks or issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports and post-project evaluations.
