Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in project management, commercialization, new product development, or a related function.
  • Proven experience leading significant programs with multiple functions, senior stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in building and managing integrated project plans, critical paths, risk registers, and dependencies.
  • Experience owning or contributing significantly to structured commercialization or StageGate processes.
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to analyze cross-functional inputs to make clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills for distilling complex project information into executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in navigating ambiguity and resolving complex project challenges.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in CPG, food and beverage, or a regulated consumer-products environment (bonus).
  • PMP or other relevant project/program management certification (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional commercialization initiatives for new products, updates, and packaging changes from concept through launch.
  • Own integrated commercialization plans, including master timelines, critical paths, risk profiles, and launch-readiness requirements.
  • Strengthen and manage StageGate governance and portfolio-level visibility to ensure timely approvals and project alignment.
  • Serve as a commercialization subject-matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams to resolve project blockers and process challenges.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to align commercialization timelines with creative dependencies and launch calendars.
  • Maintain project risk registers and independently drive resolution of complex issues or resource constraints.
  • Lead retrospectives to translate lessons learned into scalable process improvements for future innovation projects.
